A Reunion

We packed our bags and headed to our beloved Fort Worth for a reunion of the Greene Girls! In college I lived with the most special group of girls in a little house on Greene street. My time living with these dear friends remain some of the most wonderful years of my life! After we all grew up and moved away, we still keep in close contact and work hard at being intentional with our reunions. TCU's Homecoming was a perfect time for everyone to gather again on our old stomping ground!
The current "Greene Girls" were gracious to host a tour of their (still beautiful!!) home for us. We loved every single bit - especially the porch swing - one of our most beloved spots.

Cooper and I arrived in FW in time for the annual parade and FrogFest, which was such fun!
Waiting for the floats to "float" by...

This "Frog Horn" blows when TCU scores a touchdown - Cooper liked it better when it was quiet. : )
More photos from the Greene House...

The TCU Homecoming Game was a wonderful experience for us. We were lucky to be hosted in the Chancellor's Suite and we enjoyed every minute of the fine food and GREAT view of the game. Everyone loved it, except Baby O, who was as surprised as UNLV about our touchdowns and the loud Frog Horn!

A future Horned Frog? We'll see...
I pointed down on the field and said, "Cooper, we're cheering for the Frogs - do you see all of them? They're our TCU Horned Frogs!" He said to me (rather matter-of-fact) "No, Mommy. Those aren't frogs. Those are GUYS!" :)
